This programme provides Emirati citizens of Abu Dhabi with an interest-free housing loan to buy or build a private home on a plot of land granted by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA). Customers can open and activate their NHL using the FAB NHL app, in just a few taps.
Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme and Mubadarat NHL Partnership
This programme provides Emirati citizens with pre-approval from Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme (SZHP) or Mubadarat with an interest-free housing loan to buy or build a private home on a granted plot of land. Customers can register their approved home finance on the FAB NHL app.
